Service areas

The zone, drawn honestly rather than generously

One metropolitan area and three airports. We are not a nationwide desk and this page exists to say where the line is before you rely on us being past it.

01Inside the zone

Pickups and drop offs anywhere in the five boroughs of New York City, paired with a run to or from one of the three airports.

Plus the three airports themselves: John F. Kennedy International, LaGuardia and Newark Liberty International, the last of which is in New Jersey and is very much part of the zone.

02The edge of the zone

Some runs are close enough to the boundary that the answer depends on the hour and the date rather than on a rule.

WhereAnswer
Hudson County, New JerseyUsually yes, paired with Newark
Jersey City and HobokenUsually yes
Lower WestchesterSometimes, with notice
Nassau County, near the Queens lineSometimes, with notice
Anywhere further outNo, and we will say so the same day

If you are near the edge, ask. You will get a straight answer rather than an accepted booking that quietly fails.

03Outside the zone

Everywhere else. We do not book runs in other cities, we have no partner network stretching across states and there is no page on this site claiming national coverage, because there is no operation behind such a claim.

A desk that takes a booking it cannot cover has not helped anyone. It has simply moved the moment of failure to the kerb, where it costs the passenger a flight instead of costing the desk a booking.

If your run starts or ends outside this zone, we will tell you in the first reply, and you will still have time to arrange something that works.

04What does not travel with the zone

Being inside the zone means an operator can be found for a normal booking at a normal hour. It does not by itself mean a sprinter van at four in the morning on a holiday weekend, which is a question about that specific vehicle on that specific date. Ask early for those, and the crew and equipment page explains why the van class is the thin one.

05Check your own address

The fastest way to find out is to put the address into the booking form and send it. If it is outside the zone you will hear that, and nothing will have been held or charged in the meantime.

To ask out loud instead, call +1 (646) 559-3082 and speak to a specialist. Booking requests are answered Monday to Friday from 6:30 am to 8:30 pm and Saturday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Eastern Time. We are closed on Sunday and answer Sunday requests on Monday morning.
